jev. – GHOST DOG. feat. Goldlink
September 4, 2026Souldia X Blynk – Le cœur à la bonne place
September 9, 2026Kofi Stone has built his career around thoughtful lyricism, understated delivery, and a deep appreciation for storytelling. His connection to Birmingham runs throughout his music, with Stone crediting the city and its underdog spirit as a major part of the artist he has become.
Since emerging with “Stories in Pyjamas” in 2017, Stone has developed a catalogue that brings together hip-hop, jazz and soul, with a particular appreciation for the warmth and musicality of classic rap. His debut album, Nobody Cares Till Everybody Does, arrived in 2019 with appearances from Loyle Carner, Maverick Sabre and Ady Suleiman.
That sense of musical curiosity continues with “No Way!”, released August 27, 2026 via Tru Community. Produced by Pitch92, the track pairs warm live instrumentation with driving hip-hop drums, giving Stone space to move between his relaxed flow, sharp writing and a melodic hook. The song centres on resilience, ambition and self-belief, reflecting on the distance between where he started and where he is headed.
